FDI is a family-owned business that is devoted to our students.  We understand that emergencies happen where an individual that signed for a class cannot attend.  As with most instructional events, FDI incurs expenses for the exact number of registered individuals prior to the actual class date.

Each of our classes have been sold out. Because of this, keep in mind that if you cancel or want to reschedule you have taken a seat from someone else that very much wanted to attend this class.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

Cancellations and rescheduling CAN NOT be done over the phone. They can only be completed via email. (FDIofNC@GMAIL.COM)

CANCELING:

1.      If cancelling one week or more from the start of class, there will be a non-refundable cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is 50 percent of your tuition fee. For a cancellation, you will receive a check through USPS for the difference between the tuition amount minus the 50% within two weeks of your email cancellation notification to FDI.

2.      If cancelling within one week of the start of class, no refund will be provided.

RESCHEDULING:

1.      If rescheduling, for the first time, before one week from the start of class, there is no charge. You are allowed to reschedule one time without paying a reschedule fee.  If you need to reschedule a second time, or more you will have to go on the FDI website and pay a non-refundable $40.00 rescheduling fee each time. You must contact FDI via the email address in your initial welcome letter or found on the FDI website to reschedule.  No rescheduling request can be made by phone, text, or mail.

2.      If rescheduling within one week, there will be a non-refundable $40.00 rescheduling fee. This fee must be paid, via the FDI website, BEFORE the date and start time of your current class.  If you fail to pay the reschedule fee by the deadline or fail to show for the scheduled class, no refund for tuition or rescheduling fee will be returned. You have to contact FDI via the email address in your initial welcome letter or found on the FDI website.  No rescheduling request can be made by phone, text, or mail.

3. After a student’s first reschedule, no full or partial refund will be permitted.

One week before class is defined as: If your class is at 8:00 on April 9th then ONE WEEK prior is 8:00am April 2nd.

NO SHOWS:

·        No show is defined as anyone not in their seat at the denoted time class starts in the welcome letter.

·        A no show to the class constitutes a complete forfeiture of a student’s entire tuition.
