We work around your schedule and conduct classes at a location convenient for you. We have taught at students’ homes, local venues, and community centers.
NC Concealed Handgun Permit Class
This class gives you all of the state required information, a test and qualification required to submit an application to your local NC Sheriff’s Office to request a concealed handgun permit. With our instructors’ combined 60 years + in NC Law, police interaction, firearms and training, you will leave this class with more than a certificate; you will leave with confidence needed to safely carry a concealed pistol and protect yourself and your family.
Class includes a a take home NC Concealed Handgun Book, range fee, targets, an all you can eat lunch, drinks, superior instruction and your NC Concealed Handgun Certificate.

Church Safety Team Training
The safety of the flock is the number one priority of any congregation. Completing this task SAFELY is something that requires training. Its not just having a few members carry firearms. Take some time to contact us and get the options to have a successful Safety Team.
This is a by appointment class structured for your particular situation. Our instructors have decades of experience in mitigating emergencies.
We have three levels of training available.

Concealed Carry 2.0 (Next Class September 28, 2024)
This is a class designed for current NC Concealed Carry Permit holders or those that have at least completed the NC Concealed Carry Training Class. The NC Concealed Carry class is designed to ensure the safety of the permit holder. The Concealed Carry 2.0 class is designed to enhance the safety skills while instilling confidence in the carrier that they can carry, draw and employ their firearm in an emergency. Drawing the pistol from cover, firing in self-defense and firing at distance. This is a 2-hour class followed by 4-hour range time. It is highly recommended that you fire the same ammo you carry, in this class. Because of the one-on-one training involved, this class is limited to 15 students.

Preparation for Concealed Handgun Permitting Class
This is NOT a required class for a concealed carry permit. This class is designed for those who want a head start on the NC Concealed Carry Permit Class. This class is not just for new shooters, but it will give you insight into the requirements to obtain a concealed pistol permit as well as give you one on one instruction in passing the pistol qualification required to obtain your permit. This class assists in selection of the pistol you may be choosing as well as the ammunition.

Pistol Anatomy Course
If you are looking to build your confidence with a pistol you already own or find a new pistol, then this course is right for you. This course involves hands on and classroom training to help you learn the ends and outs of your pistol. It covers safety of your particular pistol, its components and mechanics, as well as how to best use your pistol in a defensive situation.

Private One-On-One Courses
These are courses designed for those shooters that want some individual time with instructors to work on a specific firearm. Whether it be a pistol, shotgun or rifle. These classes are set up after a detailed discussion with the student to determine exactly what will help them the most. It is a minimum of 4 hours and will include some classroom work to get the student technically proficient before beginning the range time. The cost, as with all of our courses, includes range fee, targets and rental of eye and ear protection.

Defensive Rifle
The Defensive Rifle has been a part of the USA since before we were a country.
First used to defend settlers and colonists and their families. Later used against an imperial power to establish a new free country.
Again the defensive rifle was used to protect families settling the western expansion.
Coming to today the defensive rifle is designed to protect families.
There is a old saying that a handgun is a tool used to fight your way back to your rifle.
This course is designed to give you skills to fight a defensive rifle once you arrive to it.
From proper zero, magazine change, immediate action drills on jams and misfires to distance accuracy.
Seats are limited.

Concealed Carry 3.0 (Next Class: Oct 26, 2024)
This course is specifically designed for students wanting to take the next step in being a confident, safe and skilled Family Defender.
The course will include training on shooting to get to cover, shooting around obstacles, shooting at distance, draw and movement, multiple targets, and more.
Each task we will be training on relates to real world shootings and how the defender came out on top.
REQUIREMENTS: To register you should have: attended FDI’s 2.0 course, or within the last 5 years, any course by Frank Protector, any Sig Sauer Academy course, any course by Massad Ayoob, any advanced course by Blue Ridge Marksmanship or Jericho Tactical, or any current or retired (last 5 years) Law Enforcement Officer.
